Check engine light & lean condition repair
Performed extensive diagnostics for persistent check engine light and lean condition, replaced upstream oxygen sensors, smoke tested intake and EVAP systems, sealed minor intake leaks, installed factory turbo inlet pipes, inspected spark plugs, cylinders, catalysts, and engine management system, tested with replacement ECU during diagnostics, diagnosed and replaced both cracked exhaust manifolds with March Motorsports upgraded reinforced manifolds, installed new OEM exhaust manifold hardware, continued advanced diagnostics of turbochargers, oxygen sensors, MAF sensors, and EVAP system, resealed MAF sensor inserts, replaced charcoal canister and purge valve during diagnostics, removed and inspected complete fuel system, cleaned fuel tank, replaced fuel pump assembly, replaced fuel hat assembly, replaced fuel filter assembly, replaced all 16 fuel injectors, completed multiple road tests, confirmed check engine light and lean condition resolved.

Windshield, body, suspension & 6-year annual service
Replaced factory OEM windshield, installed new windshield adhesive, transferred factory rain sensor with new rain sensor gel pad, prepared windshield mounting surface, verified proper fitment, test drove vehicle, replaced driver-side carbon fiber roof panel, verified body gap alignment, applied paint protection film (PPF) to roof panel, completed Alcantara upholstery work, installed upper radiator hose gap clips, replaced both front OEM upper control arms, performed four-wheel alignment, repaired transmission airbrake line leak, resealed transmission fittings, performed airbrake bleed, airbrake calibration, dual-clutch calibration, completed 6-year annual service, replaced engine oil and filter, replaced engine air filters, replaced cabin air filter, performed brake fluid flush, replaced key fob battery, completed post-service inspection and road test.

Carbon roof conversion, cooling & exhaust
Converted upper door glass to carbon roof panels, corrected driver door alignment, repaired warped driver door, re-secured door panels to the door shell, replaced damaged fender paint protection film (PPF), applied PPF to carbon roof panels, replaced low-temperature coolant pipe assemblies, replaced coolant feed hose, replaced WCAC inlet pipe feed, refilled cooling system with fresh coolant, installed titanium X-pipe catback exhaust system, installed client-supplied downpipes.
